Martin Malínský graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Brno University of Technology with a specialization in civil engineering. Then he graduated in e-commerce business at Winsdor Institute Of Commerce in Sydney, Australia. In 2004 he joined Trigema Real, where he worked as a sales director. Since January 2011, he has been the Managing Director of Trigema Development and since 2014 the Statutory Director of Trigema Real Estate Sub Group. He was responsible for acquisitions and management of development projects. He is a member of ČKAIT - authorized engineer in the field of civil engineering. In August 2021, he retired from all statutory bodies of Trigema after 17 years, and since then he has been preparing and developing development projects within C&S Developia.

Michal Bárta graduated in 2005 from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, specializing in management and economics. He is a member of ČKAIT - authorized engineer in the field of civil engineering. After his studies he started working as a construction preparer and construction manager at Metrostav. In the following years he worked for OHL ŽS, Kasten and Lidl, where he held the positions of construction manager, project manager and project implementation manager. In 2018 he returned to Metrostav as a project manager and in 2023 he started working for C&S Developia.

Tibor Mikoczi graduated from the Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship of Silesian University and spent the next four years gaining experience in the consulting company PWC. During this period he broadened his expertise in finance by obtaining the ACCA qualification. He then joined Plzeňský Prazdroj as a manager in the Controlling and Management Accounting Department. Since 2008 he has been involved in the financial management of the SATPO development group. From 2016 to 2023, he worked as CFO in the Israeli development group Daramis. Since autumn 2023, Tibor has been working with C&S Developia as CFO.

Martin Škrabal graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno in 2003. His career began immediately after his studies at Kocián Šolc Balaštík, where he gradually began to specialize in construction law. Until 2012 he dealt with real estate and construction law, in particular providing legal services in the preparation, construction, transfer and subsequent use of real estate projects. In 2012, he joined Havel, Holásek & Partners as an attorney at law, where, in addition to construction law, he dealt with public procurement and administrative law. Since 2016, he has worked as a lawyer for the property development company Trigema, where he was mainly responsible for permitting processes and construction law. In 2022, he started working for C&S Developia as an associate lawyer.

Kateřina Julinová graduated from the Faculty of Education of Charles University in 2013. However, fate threw a career other than teaching in her path. After her studies, she started to work in real estate management and at the end of 2015 she joined Trigema Development, where she worked alongside Martin Malínský in the acquisition department as an executive assistant and gradually worked her way up to the position of Project Manager. After a three-year break filled with maternity leave, she joined C&S Developia as Managing Director in 2024.
