ZORA Harrachov
The ZORA Harrachov development project brings a unique combination of modern living and mountain architecture in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains. Two elegant buildings A and B offer 75 residential units with layouts from 2+KK to 4+KK, designed with maximum attention to quality and detail. The sensitive setting of the buildings in the countryside and the use of natural materials respect local traditions, making the project perfectly in tune with the surrounding environment.

The new residential project Michelské údolí in Prague's Michle combines modern architecture with the comfort of urban life and the tranquility of nature. It offers luxury living in spacious and well thought-out apartments surrounded by greenery with excellent access to the city centre.
The project is divided into two phases. The first phase was launched in September 2024 and comprises a modern apartment building with 16 units. The second phase is scheduled to start in March 2025. This phase will expand the project to include additional residential buildings.

The project is located in the cadastral area of the town of Beroun, on land between Na Morákově and Vinařská streets. It is connected to the existing and new development of family and apartment houses. The distance by car to the centre of Beroun is 7 min. The project consists of 5 buildings of 84 residential units located on a common garage. The project includes basements and parking spaces in the communal garage under the building (102 spaces) and on the surface (44 spaces). The entire project is set in a partially sloping terrain that allows for panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
